ATTENTION After November 30, 2023 you will no longer be able to make payments through this website for the City of Stillwater. We are in the process of updating our software and online payments. If you would like to make a payment by credit card after this date you can call our main line 651-430-8800 to make a payment. There will be announcements for the new website for payments when we get that all set up. Also come January 2024 your account number will stay the same but all the preceding 0's and -000 will be removed.
